officecli-data-dashboard is a Claude Code skill that builds a multi-element Excel dashboard from CSV or tabular input, placing a Dashboard sheet first with formula-driven KPI cards, cell-range-linked charts, sparklines, and conditional formatting. Built as a scene layer on top of officecli-xlsx, it inherits all xlsx engine rules — shell quoting, batch JSON structure, validate discipline, and chart data-feed forms. The architecture enforces a strict separation: raw data and SUMIFS aggregations stay on upstream sheets, while all metrics and visuals live on the single Dashboard tab the user opens.
