Pre-release Quality Gate

★ 7.7 · devops

Before tagging and publishing a new version, release has Claude Code run a comprehensive pre-release review covering code, documentation, tests, security, infrastructure cost, and operational readiness. The workflow has four stages: pre-flight checks (`npm run build`, `lint`, `test`, `test:e2e`), six structured review lanes, result aggregation, and publishing via `gh release create` with a notes file. Each lane returns APPROVE or REJECT with supporting evidence, and any rejection or unresolved critical issue blocks the release entirely. When the platform supports subagents or workers the lanes run in parallel; otherwise they fall back to sequential execution. The skill suits teams that need a repeatable, auditable release pipeline without manual checklist gaps.
