Shorts Factory is a Claude Code skill with Korean documentation that takes you from analyzing a reference YouTube video to producing an AI short in seven steps: link and transcript extraction, forensic video analysis, a storyboard adapted by at least 30 percent, Story JSON for the rfn-video-pipeline, image generation, an HTML storyboard visualization, AI video generation and subtitles. The analysis uses seven axes: hook structure, narrative arc, emotional curve, open loop, silent-hero pattern, payoff design and a virality coefficient. The adaptation keeps the emotional formula but changes the people, place, props and twist. The image style is fixed as Korean drama with everyday props, and a style table is shown for approval before generation. It includes Story JSON schema v2.0 and a dry-run cost check.
