Async agent standup across branches and PRs
★ 8.0 · orchestration
standup lets Claude Code run a read-only standup across git worktrees, branches, and open pull requests, producing one consolidated merge plan. Each participant joins a shared markdown room (`~/.claude-mem/STANDUP.md`) as its own agent: agents introduce their branch state, surface overlaps and conflicts, and agree on a target worktree and merge order — nothing is committed or merged inside the room. The facilitator drives the conversation in rounds using `standup.mjs` CLI commands (`worktrees`, `prs`, `open`, `post`, `summation`), with atomic file locking to prevent write collisions, and can filter participants by recent activity (1h / 4h / 24h / 7d / all) or select them manually. The human receives a plain-language summary — what each branch contains, the proposed merge order, and only the decisions that require a human call — after which real git work is handed off to `/do`.
