WeChat Account Positioning
★ 6.9 · content
Positioning a WeChat Official Account is a Claude Code skill that analyzes an account's positioning and produces the three core profile elements in one coordinated pass: the account bio, the post-follow auto-reply, and the custom menu structure. Reach for it when you're launching a new account and can't nail down what to say about it, when follower growth has stalled and the profile feels vague, when your bio, auto-reply, and menu point in three different directions, or when you have a backlog of posts but no clean one-sentence answer to "what is this channel about." The skill first checks for existing material — published articles, other platform accounts — and extracts positioning signals from them before asking a single question; only when nothing exists does it run a layered interview capped at five questions. From the confirmed positioning statement ("for whom / what / why me") it derives all three deliverables: bio (4–120 characters), auto-reply (up to 600 characters), and menu (up to 3 × 5 items). Every version is accompanied by an explicit character count and checked against WeChat backend limits — any draft that exceeds a limit is revised before output, never handed off as "for reference only." The skill unifies three surface-level tasks into one positioning exercise rather than treating them as separate copywriting jobs.
