GPT assistants

A catalog of custom GPT assistants for marketing, sales, development and content work. Each card explains what the assistant is good at and when to reach for it.

GPT assistants are helpers configured for one job: write a client email, review a contract, put together a promotion plan, proofread a text. Unlike a blank chat window, an assistant already has its role and working order set, so it does not interrogate you first and returns the result in the shape you expect.

The catalog is grouped by area: marketing and content, sales and correspondence, development, analytics, education. Descriptions explain which work an assistant does well and which work should not be handed to it. Cards are open to everyone; the link through to the assistant itself is unlocked by a subscription.

FAQ

How is an assistant different from a prompt?
A prompt is a single request. An assistant holds its role and working rules for the whole conversation, which suits multi-step jobs: clarify, gather, check, rewrite.
Do I need a ChatGPT subscription?
Assistants that live on OpenAI's side need an account there. Each card states where the assistant runs.
Can I give an assistant company data?
Technically yes, but only data you are allowed to send to an outside service. Personal data about your customers is better anonymised first.
What if my task is unusual?
Take the closest assistant by meaning and add your own context, or build a prompt in the prompt generator, which is faster for a one-off job.
