Dompetku — personal finance tracker via Telegram bot

★ 6.9 · n8n · simple · 4 nodes

Dompetku is a ready-made n8n bundle of five workflow files that turns Telegram into a personal wallet: the bot accepts commands, records income and expenses, sends reminders, and maintains data backups. Useful when you are tired of manually entering transactions into spreadsheets, when you want to log expenses directly from a chat without third-party apps, when you need a simple household budget tracker without subscriptions, or when you want automated daily budget reminders. The bundle contains five files: the main Telegram conversation flow (01), a periodic-task scheduler (02), a centralised error handler (03), a bot-command setup workflow (04), and a backup scenario (05). Everything is built on n8n using the Telegram Bot API; deployment requires a self-hosted n8n instance, and each JSON is imported through the standard n8n interface. The scope is personal and family finance via a messenger, not corporate accounting. It differs from similar solutions by separating the error handler and backup into reusable standalone workflows. A good fit for those already comfortable running n8n; not suitable if you need full-featured accounting with reports or bank API integration.
