Restaurant chat is an n8n automation template that deploys an AI assistant for a restaurant or food delivery service, covering guest communication, order status updates, and knowledge base management. Reach for it when your team is tired of manually answering the same questions about the menu and delivery times, when guests need to check their order status in Telegram without calling an operator, or when you want to connect an AI chatbot to your restaurant without building it from scratch. The template contains three linked workflows: one handles incoming guest messages via Telegram, the second updates order statuses, and the third loads and refreshes the knowledge base (menu items, FAQs).
