The workflow consists of three sub-flows: define the persona (name, bio, reference photo); generate a 7-day content plan with 3 ideas per day and approve via n8n form; then for each approved post, the AI writes caption and image prompt, Nano Banana via fal.ai renders a 9:16 frame matching the reference, and Veo 3.1 Fast converts it into an 8-second 1080p video with audio. The finished post is published to Instagram through the Facebook Graph API; history is stored in Data Tables.
