Agencyzoom automation is a Claude Code skill that automates Agencyzoom tasks via Rube MCP and the Composio toolkit, letting you manage agency projects and teams directly from your AI assistant. Reach for it when you want to stop manually clicking through Agencyzoom to trigger routine operations, when you need to run agency workflows through Claude commands, or when you have bulk project and task operations that should execute without human intervention. The skill connects to the Rube MCP endpoint at https://rube.app/mcp — no API keys required — then activates the Agencyzoom connection through RUBE_MANAGE_CONNECTIONS. Before any workflow runs, RUBE_SEARCH_TOOLS must be called to retrieve current tool schemas, recommended execution plans, and known pitfalls; tool slugs should never be hardcoded since schemas change. Bulk operations are handled via RUBE_REMOTE_WORKBENCH with run_composio_tool(). The direction here is Agencyzoom workspace automation specifically, not generic CRM or project-management tooling. Works for agency teams with an active Agencyzoom account and Claude Code configured with MCP support; not applicable if your stack doesn't include Agencyzoom or the Rube MCP server is unavailable.
