agent-summary is a Claude Code skill that generates short live progress lines for the atopile agent UI based on real tool events, work phases, checklist deltas, and build state. It does not plan, reason, or steer the task — its sole job is to rewrite the most recent meaningful event into a single 6–16-word present-tense fragment with no first person and no speculation. Inputs include the current phase, the last 3–8 tool events, checklist changes, and build or run status; output is exactly one sentence fragment for ephemeral display. Designed strictly as a presentation layer: writing to the transcript, generating assistant chat messages, or autonomous reasoning are explicitly prohibited.
