Agentic Awesome Skills (AAS) is a library of more than 2,600 ready-made SKILL.md playbooks plus AAS Core, a local MCP server that helps Claude Code find the right skills for a project. The agent searches the full catalog, reads skill files and chooses what fits, while the compose_stack tool validates the chosen set and prepares a plan you can review before anything changes. Core itself does not rank or recommend skills. Topic plugins cover web apps, security, documents, analytics, DevOps and testing. Install Core with npm exec --yes --ignore-scripts --package=agentic-awesome-skills@18.9.0 -- aas mcp configure --host claude, or install chosen skills directly with npx agentic-awesome-skills --path .agents/skills --skills brainstorming --dry-run. Node.js is required. Applying a plan and recovery are still experimental. The license is MIT. It suits people who want to assemble their own skill set rather than install everything.
