Brand Identity Discovery Interview

marketing

Brand Identity Discovery Interview is a Claude Code skill that runs a structured, multi-session interview to help a brand articulate its identity and ends in a master brandbook. Use it when a brand is being created or repositioned, when the identity lives in founders' heads and must be made explicit, or when you need a written reference to brief designers and writers. The interview covers eight modules: purpose and values (golden circle), positioning, audience and niche, personality and archetype, voice and tone, narrative, founder brand versus company brand, and a final synthesis. Questions come one at a time, using laddering, 5 Whys, projective prompts and a saturation signal. Answers are saved to disk as module files plus a state.json checkpoint, so a later session can resume. With several founders it interviews each separately and reconciles. The result is 90_SYNTHESIS.md with the identity prism, positioning statement and brand narrative.
