It analyzes metrics together — NRR/GRR, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, burn multiple, Rule of 40, and Magic Number — and produces a prioritized health scorecard with issues grouped by urgency, from critical fixes to six-month improvements. The skill is built for board meeting preparation, quarterly business reviews, fundraising readiness, or identifying systemic problems before they escalate. Benchmarks adjust by company stage — Pre-$10M, $10–50M, and $50M+ ARR — so the assessment stays contextually relevant. Sessions run 20–30 minutes and work with partial data; any missing metrics are flagged rather than ignored.
