Capture project learnings to LEARNINGS.md
★ 7.7 · vibe-coding
capture-learning is a Claude Code skill that records patterns, conventions, and non-obvious discoveries made during development into a LEARNINGS.md file at the project root. It accepts the learning as a command argument — e.g. /capture-learning "Use vi.mock() not jest.mock() — this is Vitest" — or prompts for it interactively via AskUserQuestion. The skill then asks for a category (Conventions, Testing, Gotchas, Error Handling, or a custom one) and appends a dated entry with the current task context. If LEARNINGS.md does not yet exist, it is created from a built-in template with predefined sections. Available tools include Read, Write, Edit, Glob, and AskUserQuestion. Ideal for teams who need project-specific knowledge — framework choices, naming conventions, architectural quirks — to persist across Claude Code sessions.
