career-ops is a Claude Code skill that turns any AI coding CLI into a full job-search command center with a multi-agent pipeline. It evaluates job offers using a structured scoring system — blocks A–F rated across five weighted dimensions to produce a 1–5 score, plus a separate block G that assesses posting legitimacy without affecting the main rating. The skill auto-scans Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and company career pages, generates ATS-optimized PDF CVs tailored to each job description, and handles batch processing of 10 or more listings per session. The author documented real-world results: 740+ listings evaluated, 100+ personalized CVs produced, and one target role secured. Beyond Claude Code, career-ops runs on OpenCode, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and any CLI compatible with the agent-skill standard.
