Claude API integration with official SDK docs
★ 7.1 · general
Before any Claude API work begins, claude-api loads current Anthropic SDK reference documentation into Claude Code. It covers model IDs and selection (defaulting to claude-opus-4-8 with adaptive thinking and streaming), tool use, MCP, multi-agent patterns, prompt caching, token counting, and model migration. The skill detects the project language automatically — Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, Ruby, C#, PHP, and more — and routes to language-specific code examples, enforcing use of the official SDK instead of raw HTTP or OpenAI-compatible shims. It triggers whenever a task involves Claude, Anthropic, or any LLM-shaped workflow (agents, RAG, summarization, classification, streaming or tool-call debugging) with no other provider explicitly named.
