decision-framework is a Claude Code skill that converts expert judgment into repeatable, auditable decision systems for recurring operational scenarios. It follows a 7-step process to produce a classification taxonomy (3–7 mutually exclusive buckets), a weighted scoring matrix (3–5 factors summing to 100% calibrated against real cases), a 4-level escalation protocol (Expert → Manager → Director → VP with explicit timelines), and communication templates for three relationship states: Routine, Significant, and Crisis. Five reference files provide domain-agnostic templates; three worked examples cover returns triage, billing operations, and incident response.
