Task Manifest Generator for Claude Code

★ 7.6 · vibe-coding

define is a Claude Code skill that turns a shared understanding of a task into a structured manifest with Deliverables, Acceptance Criteria, Global Invariants, and an Initial Approach. It operates in three modes: creating a fresh manifest, amending an existing one, or entering babysit mode to synthesize context from a pull request URL. Manifests are stored at `~/.manifest-dev/manifests/manifest-{ts}.md` so they survive OS temp cleanup across multi-day sessions. Deliverables are scoped to slices that can be finished independently and verified end-to-end, ordered by uncertainty so the least-proven approach is tackled first. Use it when planning features, scoping refactors, or breaking down complex bugs into a verifiable acceptance contract.
