exit-review is a Claude Code skill that classifies learnings accumulated during a session before it ends. Each learning is labeled GREEN (generic, written to `$VAULT_DIR/global/wiki/{category}/`), YELLOW (project-specific, written to `$VAULT_DIR/projects/{project}/wiki/`), or RED (sensitive data such as API keys, discarded with a warning and never saved). The skill triggers automatically via the Stop hook through `session-end-handoff.sh`, or can be invoked manually with `/exit-review`. It integrates with `session-accumulator.sh`, which collects learnings during the session, and `vault-graduation.sh`, which promotes high-confidence entries to rules at the next SessionStart.
