It runs three phases: Discovery & Audit (running `scripts/instantly-audit.py` to flag accounts with warmup score <80 or under 14 days), recursive expert-panel copy scoring with a 10-panelist roster iterating until the aggregate hits 90/100, and a deliverables doc covering ICP summary, every scoring round with its edit trail, final sequence copy, infrastructure status, capacity math, and weekly metric targets. Two modes are supported: start from scratch using `assets/icp-template.md` to define ICP, or optimize an existing Instantly account via API audit.
