Phase quality gate checkpoint

★ 7.7 · vibe-coding

phase-checkpoint runs phase completion criteria in Claude Code and verifies quality gates before automatically advancing to the next development stage. It executes a nine-step workflow: detecting working context and mode (feature, greenfield, or greenfield-legacy), reading EXECUTION_PLAN.md and PLAN_STATUS.md, checking tool availability, running local automated checks (tests, type-checking, linting, build, and mutation tests via verification-config.json commands), performing cross-model review through Codex CLI, and verifying the production environment. Manual checkpoint items are classified as blocking or deferrable to DEFERRED_QUEUE.md, after which checkboxes in EXECUTION_PLAN.md are updated and a summary report is generated. Designed to follow /phase-start, it suits developers who need structured phase orchestration with independent quality verification at every milestone.
