Product Positioning Workshop for Teams

★ 7.1 · general

Positioning is a Claude Code skill that guides founders and teams through a structured positioning statement exercise, from context gathering to a final statement compressed to under 30 words. It starts by launching two parallel research agents to map direct competitors and adjacent players, identifying what everyone claims (table stakes) and what no one claims (white space), then presents four forced-choice questions: why a customer picks you over named rivals, the single biggest reason prospects say no, which strategic direction to invest in for the next six months, and which market actually defines your roadmap. Team members answer independently before comparing responses, surfacing misalignment that polished decks tend to hide. Built for accelerator portfolio companies, early-stage startups, and any team that struggles to answer "why us?" in one sentence.
