Mom Test — интервью с клиентами для PRD
★ 7.6 · vibe-coding
prd-v10-mom-test-interview is a Claude Code skill that applies Rob Fitzpatrick's Mom Test discipline to customer interviews within the PRD v1.0 Continuous Discovery workflow. It structures question preparation around specific past-behavior prompts instead of hypotheticals, following all three Mom Test rules: talk about their life, ask about specifics in the past, and listen more than you speak. The skill flags three types of Bad Data — compliments, fluff, and feature ideas — and prevents them from inflating confidence scores. Confidence is calibrated on a 2–5 scale, from a generic problem mention up to repeated specific past instances with an active workaround or payment. Each interview produces a CFD-* discovery entry; when three or more interviews surface the same behavior, the skill promotes it to a pattern entry with frequency. Use it for discovery calls, assumption testing, or updating an Opportunity Solution Tree.
