Capturing workflows as reusable skills

skillify turns a repeatable workflow from the current Claude Code session into a reusable OMC skill draft. Before extracting anything, it applies a built-in quality gate: the workflow must not be Googleable in five minutes, must be specific to the codebase or project, and must have required real debugging or design effort to uncover. The skill extracts inputs, ordered steps, success criteria, constraints, pitfalls, and verification evidence, then produces a complete file with YAML frontmatter saved to `~/.claude/skills/omc-learned/` or `.omc/skills/`. It also flags unresolved branching decisions and anything still too fuzzy to encode safely — making it the right tool for teams who want to capture hard-won operational knowledge instead of rediscovering it every session.
