visibly-seo-offer is a Claude Code skill that turns audit data and client context into a phased, priced, procurement-ready SEO consulting proposal. It captures budget constraints, approval process, team size, existing stack (CRM, CMS, analytics), and stated pain points, then populates a ready-made `templates/offer-template.md` covering four phases: setup and onboarding, technical and content audit, monthly strategic retainer with team enablement, and an optional advanced module such as Neuro-SEO or AI-search visibility. ROI figures are computed via the `claude_tools.offer_economics` Python utility, which derives the value-to-cost ratio, ROI percentage, and payback months from phase prices and the realistic annual value, and exports a Pricing + ROI xlsx. The finished offer is saved under `clients/<domain>/YYYY-MM-DD_Offer/` and handed off to `/visibly-seo-pdf-build` for a client-ready PDF.
