DeepTutor is an open-source tool that turns documents into interactive study material. Reach for it when people need to be trained on your own materials: upload policies, manuals, handbooks or research papers as PDFs and the system builds a knowledge base you can talk to — ask questions about the text and get answers pointing back to the exact place in the document. It helps with onboarding new staff, working through dense documentation, and self-study of large materials. The web interface is built on Next.js with a Python backend. It is not a learning management system: there are no schedules, cohorts, grading or certificates — if you need to track course completion across employees you will want a separate platform, while DeepTutor covers working with the content itself.
