affinity_maturation is a Claude Code skill that runs an antibody affinity maturation pipeline: it computes baseline binding affinity, predicts beneficial mutations, analyzes hydrophilicity changes, and forecasts drug-target interactions. The skill combines 4 tools across 3 servers — ComputeAffinityCalculator from InternAgent, zero_shot_sequence_prediction from VenusFactory, and ComputeHydrophilicity plus PredictDrugTargetInteraction from SciToolAgent-Bio.
