Nine-Dimension Competitor Benchmark Scoring

research

Nine-Dimension Competitor Benchmark Scoring is a Claude Code skill that turns a scoped list of competitors into comparable, evidence-backed scores. Use it to compare competitors on one scale, not by gut feeling, and see who already occupies your niche. Each competitor gets 1 to 5 scores on nine weighted dimensions: positioning clarity, brand voice, visual identity and site craft, service packaging, evidence and credibility, enterprise readiness, thought leadership, pricing transparency, and the client's strategic tension on a two-axis map. Data comes from the competitor's site, case studies, review directories, LinkedIn, portfolio platforms and content channels; every score needs a justification and a source. Bias controls: no single composite score, asserted claims kept apart from proven ones. Output: a profile card per competitor. It is a stage of a competitive analysis pipeline: it needs a tiered competitor list and a client positioning brief, and suits service studios and agencies.
