Chatbot Builder is a Claude Code skill that connects to the Chatbot Builder platform for managing chatbots, contacts, pipelines, and sales funnels without writing authentication code. Authentication and token refresh are handled automatically via the Membrane CLI, unlocking more than 20 actions: creating and updating contacts, managing tags, working with pipeline opportunities, triggering flows, and sending text messages to specific channels. Marketers, customer support teams, and small business owners can automate customer conversations and manipulate Chatbot Builder data directly from Claude Code. A Membrane account (free tier supported) and network access are required.
