Chatra is a Claude Code skill that integrates the Chatra live chat and email marketing platform via the Membrane CLI. It exposes 10 ready-to-use actions: sending and editing agent messages, managing visitor data (name, email, phone, visit history, browser and location details), handling pushed messages, and making direct Chatra API calls through Membrane's proxy with automatic credential refresh. Authentication is handled entirely by Membrane — a single `membrane connection ensure` command is enough to get started. The skill is designed for support, sales, and marketing teams looking to automate customer communications or embed Chatra into custom workflows. A Membrane account is required (Free tier supported).
