Конкурентный анализ и продуктовый teardown
★ 7.2 · research
competitive-teardown is a Claude Code skill that converts raw competitor materials into a structured product-strategy report ready for decision-making. It accepts inputs for 2–6 competitors — pricing pages, changelogs, user reviews, sales feedback, and internal research notes — and produces a single-competitor deep dive when only one is provided. The required output spans nine sections: an executive takeaway with explicit "so what" statements, a 2×2 positioning map with axes derived from the source material, per-competitor cards, a feature matrix marked ✓/△/—, pricing and packaging analysis, 4–6 UX observations, opportunity windows with why-now rationale, and recommended moves on a 30/90/180-day timeline. Visual style is selected automatically from three built-in templates — war-room-grid, radar-map, or analyst-dossier — based on the nature of the input. Designed for product managers, founders, and analysts who need actionable competitive intelligence rather than a generic market overview.
