Customer Research and Review Mining

research

Customer Research and Review Mining is a Claude Code skill that pulls out what customers really think, say and struggle with from conversations, surveys and public reviews. Use it to analyze interview transcripts, find out why customers churn, see what people say about competitors on G2 and Reddit, or build a persona when you have no interviews yet. It has two modes: analyzing assets you already own, such as interviews, surveys, support tickets, win-loss notes and NPS, and gathering new research online, with source guides for Reddit, G2, Hacker News, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, Indie Hackers, YouTube, app store reviews, TikTok and SparkToro. It extracts jobs to be done, pains, triggers, desired outcomes and exact wording, and labels every insight with a confidence level. Deliverables include a synthesis report, a quote bank, personas, a jobs map, a competitor summary or a list of research gaps.
