Employee Performance Review by OKR and KPI

★ 8.5 · hr-hiring

Employee Performance Review is a Claude Code skill that turns a review period's goals and results into a quantified, evidence-based self-assessment or manager review, delivered as a Word document. Reach for it when you need to write an annual or quarterly performance review and aren't sure how to connect scattered results to stated goals; when a manager needs to write a direct report's review grounded in observable behaviour rather than impressions; when HR requires a completed OKR or KPI form by a deadline. The skill opens a short clarifying dialogue: it asks whether the document is a self-assessment or a review of someone else, the review period, the company's performance framework, goals set at the start of the period, and any word-count constraints. Each piece of material is mapped to the relevant goal and marked exceeded, met, not met, or contribution beyond goals; items lacking evidence are flagged explicitly rather than papered over with adjectives. The output includes an overall summary, a goal-attainment table with data sources, three key achievements in detail, behavioural examples against the company's competency model, and measurable next-period goals. The skill generates a document from user-supplied data — it does not evaluate employees based on independent observation.
