Employment Contract is a Claude Code skill that drafts an employment contract or offer letter for a specific role and engagement type, complete with a signing checklist, and delivers the result as a Word document. Reach for it when you need to hire a full-time engineer and want a ready-to-review contract fast, when you're sending a formal offer letter to a candidate, when you need an internship agreement that clearly states the relationship is not employment, or when you want to make sure probation terms, termination conditions, and confidentiality clauses are all covered. The skill first clarifies document type and engagement (full-time, part-time, internship, independent contractor), then collects employer and employee details, pay structure, working hours, social insurance jurisdiction, and non-compete needs in a single exchange. Output is built with Word document tools; the employment contract uses numbered Articles from party details through dispute resolution and signature block, while the offer letter follows a formal one-page format with a pay-and-benefits table. Key figures use placeholders ([Base Salary], [Start Date], [Probation Period]); statutory standards are referenced without specific article numbers. Direction is drafting from scratch, not reviewing an existing agreement.
