Черновик пользовательского соглашения для SaaS

User Agreement is a Claude Code skill that takes a product description and drafts a terms-of-service document with a companion privacy notice tailored to the product's specific feature modules, delivered as a Word file. Reach for it when you need to put together a legal foundation for a new SaaS, mobile, or web app, when your platform handles user-generated content and paid subscriptions with auto-renewal, or when you are unsure which clauses you actually need for your feature set. The skill first lists the detected functional modules — accounts, UGC, payments, third-party integrations, minors, and so on — confirms the operating facts (legal entity, region, pricing model, refund rules) with the user, then builds the document: a fixed skeleton plus a dedicated chapter per module, each rule written as "the user may / may not + specific behaviour + consequence." The privacy notice forms the second part of the same file, mapping every data category to the feature that triggers its collection. Entity name, address, contact details, and effective date are left as placeholders; governing law and jurisdiction are left blank for the user to fill in. The skill produces a draft, not a legal review or analysis of an existing agreement — that is a different direction entirely.
