Skill Forge is a tool for creating Claude Code Skills following the open Agent Skills standard: it helps you design, build, review, refine, and publish production-ready skills. Reach for it when you are writing your own Claude Code skill and want to go through the whole path in an engineering way: analyze use cases and pick a complexity tier, scaffold a file tree (SKILL.md, sub-skills, scripts, references, agents), audit with a 0-100 skill health score across 6 categories, fix triggering issues, and package into a `.skill` with an install script. It can port a skill to OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, Google Antigravity, and Cursor. Its focus is a builder and reviewer of skills for assistant agents, not a skill itself or a runtime: it is a meta-tool for skill authors that helps bring them to production quality and publish them.
