claims-drafting is a Claude Code skill that drafts patent claims from an invention disclosure, covering CN, US, and EP jurisdictions with their respective formats — CN two-part structure (其特征在于), US open-ended "comprising", and EP mandatory "characterised in that". It automatically detects patent type (invention or utility model) and builds independent claims for method and/or apparatus accordingly, staying within a 20-claim practical limit and ensuring at least two independent claims where required. Up to three revision rounds are performed with an external reviewer using the gpt-5.6-sol model, drawing on INVENTION_DISCLOSURE.md, PRIOR_ART_REPORT.md, and NOVELTY_ASSESSMENT.md as inputs, plus shared reference files for jurisdiction-specific rules and antecedent basis checks. The skill is built for patent attorneys and engineers who need structurally sound, prior-art-aware claim sets ready for filing.
