pm-skill-creator is a Claude Code skill that runs an adaptive guided conversation to turn a raw idea or content into a structured, repo-compliant SKILL.md draft ready for validation. It asks up to five targeted questions to determine skill type (component, interactive, or workflow), scope, and content — covering purpose, input, key concepts, application steps, examples, pitfalls, and references. When input is supplied inline at invocation, the first question is skipped and the conversation moves forward. The skill is built for product managers who want to formalize a framework, workshop notes, or process sketch without facing a blank page: the result is a complete SKILL.md with frontmatter and all required sections. The full session takes roughly 10–15 minutes.
