pm-skill-creator runs an adaptive guided conversation in Claude Code to turn a raw idea or content into a structured, repo-compliant SKILL.md draft ready for validation. It asks up to five targeted questions to determine skill type (component, interactive, or workflow), scope, and content — covering purpose, input, key concepts, application steps, examples, pitfalls, and references. When input is supplied inline at invocation, the first question is skipped and the conversation moves forward.
