Browser-based 3D architectural layout editor

pascalorg/editor is an open-source local-first 3D building editor built with React Three Fiber and WebGPU, running in the browser or via CLI, with AI agent access through MCP. Reach for it when you need to model a building's walls, floors, and stairs without a heavy proprietary package; when you want to delegate repetitive model edits to an agent while keeping design decisions yourself; when a project needs to be shared with a teammate without swapping licenses. Start it with a single command — `npx @pascal-app/cli editor` — on Node.js 22.13 or newer, no repo clone required; projects persist locally in `~/.pascal/data/pascal.db`. IFC import is supported, so models move in and out of other BIM tools. The MCP server starts alongside the editor automatically; agent skills install via skills.sh or as a Claude Code plugin (`/plugin marketplace add pascalorg/editor`). Published as `@pascal-app/core`, `@pascal-app/viewer`, and `@pascal-app/cli` on npm under the MIT license. The tool edits 3D building models with programmatic access — it is not an online floor-plan renderer and does not produce code-compliant construction documentation. Well suited for design exploration and team review; not a replacement for certified CAD systems used in formal building submissions.
