PlainApp — управление Android с компьютера через браузер
★ 6.8K
PlainApp is an open-source Android app that turns your phone into a self-hosted management hub accessible from any web browser on the same network — no accounts, no cloud, no subscriptions. Reach for it when you need to transfer files between your phone and laptop without a cable or Dropbox, when you'd rather reply to texts from a full keyboard, when you want to mirror your phone screen to a monitor, or when your data must never touch a third-party server. The browser dashboard gives you access to files (internal storage, SD card, USB drives), photos, videos, and audio with in-browser streaming, contacts, SMS and call logs, real-time notification mirroring, live screen mirroring with remote control, and APK export. The Android app itself also includes Markdown notes, an RSS reader, a media player, P2P chat and file sharing, DLNA/Chromecast casting, and a Pomodoro timer. Built in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and GraphQL; all traffic is encrypted with TLS + XChaCha20-Poly1305. Installed on Android via Google Play, F-Droid, or GitHub Releases — no software needed on the computer side, with PWA support to pin the dashboard like a native app. Unlike AirDroid or Pushbullet, data never leaves the local network and no account registration is required. Works on any Wi-Fi network; use only on trusted networks and your own devices.
